Refund Policy for Thailand Travel Help services.

1. Nature of Service

Thailand Travel Help (www.thailandtravelhelp.co.uk) is an independent service provider operated by AL Invest Aleksandra Łysik-Michalska, ul. Gdańska 6/48, 84-230 Rumia, Poland, VAT ID: PL5882048080. Thailand Travel Help is professional application assistance, document review, and submission support for the Thailand Digital Arrival Card (TDAC). This is a service, not a government product. The government TDAC itself is free.

2. When Refunds Are Available

You are eligible for a full refund if: We fail to submit your application We make an error that causes rejection You cancel before we start processing You are eligible for a partial refund if: You cancel after processing has begun but before submission

3. When Refunds Are Not Available

Refunds are not issued if: Your application was successfully submitted Incorrect information was provided by you Your travel plans change You choose not to travel Immigration authorities refuse entry Because our service work has already been completed.

4. Government Decisions

The final decision to allow entry into Thailand is made solely by Thai immigration authorities. We do not control or guarantee approvals.

5. Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days to the original payment method.

6. Chargebacks

Submitting a chargeback instead of contacting support may result in account suspension. Please contact us first so we can resolve the issue.
